Training programme
The course includes the necessary materials to qualify as a skipper and radio operator:
- Sailing yacht construction and nautical terminology
- Types of yachts: sailing, motor, monohulls, catamarans, trimarans
- Exterior and interior of the yacht: deck, cockpit, cabins, galley
- Sails and rigging: types of sails, standing and running rigging
- Helm station: helm, steering system, yacht electronics
- Yacht engineering systems: power supply, water supply, yacht toilet.
- Sailing: principles of sail operation, courses relative to the wind
- Operating a yacht under power: basic manoeuvring, mooring, berth entry
- Anchorage: site selection, anchoring and unanchoring
- Basics of navigation: nautical charts, lighthouses and signs, positioning
- Tides, currents and currents

- Electronic navigation
- Marine meteorology: weather forecasts, weather formation factors, practical meteorology

Inshore Skipper Sail
Skipper's Certificate to operate a sailing yacht with motor up to 24 metres, with Max GT 20, up to 20 nm from shore, day and night. \ \ This is a PERMANENT certificate and does not need to be renewed every 5 years.
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years
- Certification required for training: No
- Nautical experience required: Preferably 1 week of cruising under sail

Short Range Certificate - The Radio Operator's Certificate is the basic radio training that every boater must complete.
This is a PERMANENT certificate and does not need to be renewed every 5 years.
- Minimum age required: 16 years old

- Additional Requirements: Basic English Language Proficiency

По завершении курса вы получите шкиперский сертификат ISSA Inshore Skipper Sail и сертификат радио-оператора VHF SRC. Сертификация бессрочная, не требует продления.
