- Minimum age requirement: 16 years
- Certification required for training: No
- Nautical experience required: Preferably 1 week of cruising under sail

This skipper's certificate extends your ability to sail a motor yacht up to 24 metres, from Max GT to 50, on the high seas and up to 60 miles from shore, with no restrictions on weather or time of day.
This is a PERMANENT certificate and does not need to be renewed every 5 years.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Skipper experience: 28 days at sea as captain or senior duty officer, with a minimum of 2 voyages and at least 2 sea areas.
- Mandatory pre-training certificates: SRC VHF and first aid certificate.

- Minimum age required: 18 years old
- Certification required prior training: VHF SRC, First Aid Certificate, Sea Survival
- Experience required prior training: 60 days at sea as skipper or watch leader in at least 5 voyages, at least in 3 different sea areas, including tidal waters (at least one area), 2 passages over 100 nautical miles as skipper
